Lemon Garlic Baked Artichoke



1- Pre-heat oven to 220C (425F)
2- Cut the bottom and the top of the artichoke
3- Spread out the petals, then cover with about a table spoon of olive oil.
4- Wedge a few small slices of garlic, squeeze about 1/2 a lemon on top and season with salt and pepper.
5- Bake for 1 hour, then let it sit for about 5 minutes

1-Precalienta el horno a 220C (425F)
2-Corta la parte de abajo y de arriba de la alcachofa
3-Abre los pétalos, cubre con una cucharada de aceite de oliva
4-Corta algunas piezas pequeñas de ajo, exprime 1/2 limón encima y sazona con sal y pimienta
5-Hornea por 1 hora, después déjalo reposar por 5 minutos
