1- In a blender add 1 medium bunch kale, 1 garlic clove, 60ml (1/4cup) parmesan cheese, 60ml (1/4 cup) walnuts, 120ml (1/2 cup) olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, some pepper, and a pinch of salt.
2- Blend it.
NOTES: Ideal to have with pasta, chicken, as spread on sandwich etc.
