1- On pork chops (225g(0.5lbs) each) brush on a little soy, honey, pepper and rosemary
2- Start cooking and brush the other side the same before you flip it.
3- In a bowl mix up about 3 cups of mixed green leaves, about 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half, 0.5 of a small red onion chopped, 0.5 chopped avocado, salt, pepper, and a little extra virgin olive oil
NOTES: Feel free to add a little balsamic vinegar to the salad.
