1- Mix about 1 heaped teaspoon of grainy mustard and the same amount of honey
2- Cut chicken breast in half, then half again.
3- Dress one side of the chicken with the honey mustard and season with salt and pepper
4- Place dressed side down and start cooking, then marinate other side
5- Cut slider bun into half
6- Add spinach and parmesan cheese
7- Add cooked chicken and eat
NOTES: Cook chicken on medium heat as you don’t want to burn the honey mustard. I also used potato slider buns.
