1- In bag add steak (I used 250g fillet mignon) 60ml (1/4 cup) hoisin sauce, 1 pressed garlic clove, and season with salt, pepper and onion powder
2- Close bag and rub till marinate is covering the steak
3- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
4- Cook on low medium heat not to burn the marinate.
NOTES: Feel free to add some ginger in the marinate. If you make your own marinate, share it below as I would love to try it.
