1- In a bowl add 200g (7oz) ground turkey, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste, and 1 pressed garlic clove
2- Mash it all up
3- Warm up pan, and start cooking patties.
4- On a plate add a handful of spinach, turkey patty, cheese, tomato slice, onion slice, and some sauce.
NOTES: I used pepper jack cheese, and low salt ketchup
