Ground Turkey Meat Balls



1- Pre heat oven to 200C (400F)
2- In a bowl add 300g (0.66lbs) ground turkey, 60ml (0.25 cup) bread crumbs, mixed herbs, salt and pepper, parmesan cheese and garlic.
3- Roll up balls, place them on an oven safe dish and place them in the oven for about 25 minutes
4- For the sauce simmer 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 garlic clove and salt and pepper.

NOTES: Make sure meat balls are cooked all the way through. Cooking times vary slightly based on size of meat balls. Served with about brown rice (not included in macros)

2-En un bowl, agrega 300g (0.66lbs) pavo molido, 60 ml (0.25 taza) pan molido, hierbas mixtas, sal y pimienta, queso parmesano y ajo.
3-Haz bolas, colócalas en una charola para horno y colócalas en el horno por 25 minutos
4-Para la salsa hierve 1 lata de tomates en cubos, 1 diente de ajo, sal y pimienta.

NOTAS: Asegúrate de que las albóndigas estén cocidas totalmente. Los tiempos de cocción varían ligeramente dependiendo del tamaño. Servidas con arroz integral (no incluido en los macros)
