1- In a bowl add 100g (3.5oz) ground turkey, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste, and 1 pressed garlic clove
2- Mash it all up
3- Shape hot dogs and start cooking.
4- Rotate and cook all sides
5- Prepare hot dogs.
NOTES: I used potato bread, pepper jack cheese, whole grain mustard, and low salt ketchup
