1- In a bowl mix 300g (0.66lbs) lean ground turkey, 1 egg, hand full of chopped coriander (cilantro), tablespoon of chopped spring onions, tablespoon of soy sauce, and pepper to taste
2- On a flat surface spread out a little flour and place the dumpling wrappers on top.
3- Place a little ground turkey mix on each dumpling
4- Wet the edge so that when you fold it in half it sticks to seal it.
5- Make all dumplings then heat up frying pan to high (lightly greased) and place the dumplings in for about 30-40 seconds.
6- Pour about 240ml (1 cup) of water being careful not to splash it all over you
7- Cover it up for about 8-10 minutes till the water evaporates.
NOTES: The sauce is a combination of soy sauce, a little lime or lemon juice, spring onion and a dash of white vinegar. You can freeze the dumplings (before you cook them) for later use.
