Ground Beef With Garlic Sauce & Rice



1- Cook 120ml (0.5cup) of brown rice
2- In a small saucepan cook about 360ml (1.5 cup) almond milk, 1 tablespoon of whole wheat flour, 2 pressed garlic cloves, salt and pepper to taste (stir and cook till it thickens)
3- Cook about 300g (0.66lbs) ground beef and season how you wish (I use BBQ)
4- Place the rice and beef on plate and pour sauce on top

NOTES: Great to add some steamed vegetables with. You may need to add a little more whole wheat flour to milk to get your desired sauce thickness.

2-En una sartén pequeña cocina 360ml (1.5taza) leche de almendra, 1 cucharada de harina integral, 2 dientes de ajo picados, sal y pimienta al gusto (revuelve y cocina hasta que espece)
3-Cocina 300g (0.66 lbs) carne de res molida y sazona como desees (y use BBQ)
4-Coloca el arroz y res en un plato y vierte la salsa encima 

NOTAS: perfecto para agregar vegetales al vapor. Necesitas agregar un poco más de harina integral o leche para obtener la consistencia deseada de la salsa
