Garlic Thyme Lamb With Kale & Green Beans



1- Season 2 rack of lamb with pressed garlic, thyme, salt and pepper and start cooking
2- In a another pan sauté for about 1-2 minutes 120ml (0.5cup) green beans and 240ml (1cup) chopped kale with a little olive oil and season with sea salt

NOTES: If you want more carbs, have some sweet potato fries with it.
