1- Start cooking about 70g (2.4oz) brown rice spaghetti.
2- In a pan sauté 1 pressed garlic clove and about 2 cups of spinach (in a little olive oil)
3- Drain the cooked spaghetti then add and mix the garlic, spinach, tablespoon of bread crumbs with some salt and pepper to taste.
NOTES: If you are vegan you can make bread crumbs out of vegan bread (let it sit out for about 30 minutes then throw in food processor) or just skip the bread crumbs. I use bread crumbs to add texture to the spaghetti. If you are not vegan feel free to add parmesan cheese instead.
