1- In a bowl mix 1 to 2 chopped garlic cloves and about 2-3 tablespoons of honey
2- Brush honey garlic mix on to one side of steak (I used ribeye) and season with salt and pepper
3- Start cooking placing the honey garlic side face done on to the pan
4- Brush honey garlic mix on the other side and season with salt and pepper
NOTES: This will work on pretty much any type of steak, even chicken, salmon etc. Very simple. Served with optional mashed potatoes and chives. Macros info does not include mashed potatoes.
