1- Start cooking brown rice (I use boil in a bag rice 60ml (0.25cup) dried)
2- In a pan add about a table spoon of olive oil and start cooking (on medium heat) about 2 tablespoons of chopped onion, 1 pressed garlic clove, handful of kale and some chopped celery
3- Push everything aside and start cooking an egg, mashing it up into smaller pieces
4- Once the rices is done throw it in the pan with everything else and turn the heat up add about 1 table spoon of honey and 1 table spoon of soy sauce.
5- Mix and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
NOTES: feel free to throw in other vegetables. Boil in a bag rice is a rice that comes in a bag ready to throw in a pot of boiling water. If you want more protein, add some chicken or ground beef.
