1- Start cooking 2 eggs
2- In a bowl mash up 1 avocado, 2-3 tablespoons greek yogurt, salt and pepper, and some chili flakes.
3- On toasted whole wheat english muffin, add avocado spread, then the egg, and then the top of muffin
NOTES: For those interested I used the DASH Masha 2X for mashing the avocado spread.
