1- On salmon skin rub a little olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
2- Place skin side face down and start cooking on medium high.
3- Season other side with salt and pepper and dill
4- Once cooked about half way flip and cook other side (make sure you don’t burn the skin)
NOTES: Heat and time to cook salmon really depends on stove and pan. So just keep an eye on it.
