1- Start cooking about 50g (0.11lbs) whole wheat pasta
2- Cook about 200g (0.44lbs) shrimp, 4-5 asparagus and season with salt and pepper
3- Add 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of pesto and mix it all together.
4- Add the pasta is and mix it up
NOTES: I just used whole wheat spaghetti. Serve with parmesan flakes.
