Creamy Honey Mustard Chicken & Rice



1- Cook 120ml (0.5cup) of brown rice
2- Sauté a large pressed garlic clove and add 24oml (1cup) chicken stock, 2-3 tablespoons of whole grain mustard, 1.5 tablespoon honey, pepper and 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour.
3- Stir and cook till it becomes creamy
4- Cook about 250g (0.55lbs) of chicken tenders and seasoning how you wish.

NOTES: Feel free to add extra seasoning of your choice.

1-Cocina 120 ml (0.5taza) de arroz integral
2-Saltea un diente de ajo y agrega 240ml (1taza) de fondo de pollo, 2-3 cucharadas de mostaza con granos, 1.5 cucharada de miel, pimienta y 1 cucharada de harina integral
3-Mueve y cocina hasta que quede cremoso
4-Cocina por 250g (0.55lbs) de tiras de pollo y sazona como desees
