Cream Cheese & Mixed Berry Mini Pies

1- Pre heat oven to 190C (375F)
2- In a bowl mix 1 cup cream cheese, 1 tablespoon honey and 0.5 tablespoon cinnamon
3- Break up 1 ready made pie crust and place in muffin tray saving about 0.25 of it for the tops
4- Place cream cheese mix in there with some mixed berries
5- Place the top part on, brush with beaten egg and cut a small slit
6- Backe for about 20 mins or till golden

NOTES: Clearly I’m not a pro baker so any tips would be greatly appreciated
