Cookies & Cream Breakfast Protein Smoothie



1- In a blender add 360ml (1.5cups) almond milk, 80ml (0.33cup) rolled oats, a few ice cubes, 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder, and 2 Oreo cookies.
2- Blend it up

NOTES: Or you could just use the @questnutrition cookies and cream protein powder. If you don’t have Oreo’s just use 2 regular chocolate cookies. For the occasional morning.

1-En una licuadora agrega 360ml (1.5taza) leche de almendra, 80ml (0.33taza) avena, unos cubos de hielo, 1 cucharada (30g) proteína en polvo de vainilla y 2 galletas oreo
2-Licúa 

NOTAS: o podrías usar el polvo cookies and cream de @questnutrition. Si no tienes Oreo’s usa 2 galletas normales de chocolate. Para una mañana ocasional
