1- In a bowl mix 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of whole wheat flour, salt and pepper to taste
2- On a plate spread out some coconut flakes.
3- Dip shrimp in the egg mixture then in the coconut flakes
4- Cook with medium temperature on a lightly greased pan
NOTES: I also used coconut oil on the pan.
