1- In a blender add 2 eggs, 80ml (1/3 cup) whole wheat flour, 80ml (1/3 cup) low fat greek yogurt and cinnamon to taste.
2- Blend it all up
3- Start cooking. If you want bigger pancakes just pour more into the pan to make larger ones.
NOTES: You can use this as a base recipe for most types of pancakes.
