1- Start cooking brown rice
2- Lightly cook 1 pressed clove of garlic
3- Add prawns (shrimp) and start cooking (about 300g (0.66lbs))
4- Add about a tablespoon of honey & about 240ml (1 cup) chopped coriander (cilantro)
5- Give it a quick stir and done
NOTES: Feel free to season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Using uncooked prawns will make it much better, I only had ready cooked ones.
