Chunky Stuffed Turkey Rolls



1- Prepare about 60ml (0.25 cup) of red onion, cilantro, corn, and bell pepper.
2- Throw everything in a bowl with about 60ml (0.25 cup) of chunky salsa and mix
3- In a bowl add 300g (0.66lbs) ground turkey,  salt and pepper, 60ml (0.25 cup) bread crumbs, 1 garlic garlic clove.
4- Flatten out the ground turkey, add the filling and roll it up
5- Place in oven for about 20 minutes

NOTES: Make sure meat rolls are cooked all the way through. Cooking times vary slightly based on thickness. Served on spinach and a little salsa on top

2-Coloca todo en un bowl con 60ml (0.25 taza) de salsa chunky y mezcla
3-En un bowl agrega 300ml (0.66lbs) pavo molido, sal y pimienta, 60 ml (0.25 taza) pan molido, 1 diente de ajo
4-Aplana la carne molida, agrega el relleno y enrolla
5-Coloca en el horno por 20 minutos

NOTAS: asegúrate de que los rollos de carne estén bien cocidos, los tiempos de cocción pueden variar ligeramente dependiendo de su grosor. Sirve en espinacas y un poco de salsa encima.
