1- In a blender, add 1 banana, 2 tablespoons almond butter, 1 scoop protein powder (I use chocolate whey, 30g), 1 tablespoon honey. Dash of cinnamon to taste (optional).
2- Blend it all up
NOTES: You could also use maple syrup instead of honey.
