Chocolate Banana Protein Muffins



1- Pre heat oven to 180C (350F)
2- In a bowl mix 2 large bananas, 1 egg, 240ml (1 cup) water, 80ml (0.33cup) coconut oil, 240ml (1 cups) whole wheat flour, 3 scoops of chocolate protein powder (approx 90g), 2 teaspoons baking powder, 60ml (0.25 cup) cocoa powder.
3- Grease muffin tray and fill 3/4 way
4- Bake for about 15-18 minutes.

NOTES: I recommend using ripe bananas

2-En un bowl mezcla 2 plátanos grandes, 1 huevo, 240 ml (1taza) agua, 80ml (0.33) aceite de coco, 240 ml (1 taza) harina integral, 3 cucharadas de polvo de proteína de chocolate (aprox. 90g), 2 cucharadas de polvo para hornear, 60 ml (0.25 taza) cocoa en polvo.
3-Engrasa la charola para muffins y rellena hasta 3/4.
4-Hornea por 15 minutos

NOTAS: Yo recomiendo usar plátanos maduros
