1- In a powerful blender add, 240ml (1 cup) Almond milk, 1/2 of a small frozen banana, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (approx 30g (1oz)), and about 7 cubes of ice.
2- Blend well.
NOTES: I used Quest protein powder. Add more banana for a creamier taste. Less milk for a thicker, more mousse texture.
