Chickpea Patties



1- In a blender add 1 can (450g (1lbs)) of chickpeas, 0.5 can corn (225g (0.5lbs)), 60ml (0.25 cup) onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 egg, tablespoon of bread crumbs, salt pepper and any other seasoning you want.
2- Shape and cook 4 patties
3- Place 2 patties on some mixed great leaves
4- Add about 5 chopped cherry tomatoes, 0.5 chopped avocado, spring onion and a little shredded parmesan cheese

NOTES: Cook on medium heat. When flipping, slide the spatula fast under the patties so they don’t fall apart.

2-En un bowl mezcla 1 diente de ajo picado, 1 yema de huevo, 1 cucharada de jugo de limón, 0.5 cucharada de mostaza dijon, 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra virgen, 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal y Sriracha al gusto
3-Rocia el aioli en el salmón con algo de eneldo fresco
