Chicken With Spinach & Cheese Tortellini



1- Start cooking about 6 chicken tenders and season with seasoning of choice.
2- In a small saucepan cook about 360ml (1.5 cup) almond milk, 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour, a little shredded cheese, salt and pepper to taste (stire and cook till it thickens)
3- Cook about 280g (0.6lbs) spinach tortellini
4- Strain cooked tortellini and mix in the sauce
5- Add a little parmesan cheese when serving

NOTES: Adding garlic to the cheese sauce is recommended. I used cajun spice, and just store bought tortellini.

2-En una sartén pequeña cocina 360ml (1.5taza) miel de Almendra, 2 cucharadas de harina integral, un poco de queso rallado, sal y pimienta al gusto (reserva y cocina hasta que espese)
3-Cocina 280g (0.6lbs) de tortellini de espinaca
4-Cuela el tortellini cocido y mezcla en la salsa
5-Agrega un poco de queso parmesano cuando sirva

NOTAS: Agregar ajo a la salsa de queso es recomendable. Yo use especias cajun, y compre en la tienda el tortellini
