Chicken Pesto & Artichoke Roll



1- Cut chicken breast in half (to make it thinner approx. (120g (0.44lbs)) each)
2- Cook chicken and season with salt, pepper and any other seasoning you want. I used @spiceninjaseasonings
3- On roll add about 1.5 tablespoons pesto, 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese, some artichoke, the chicken breast fillet and the top of the roll

NOTES: I just used marinated artichoke and ciabatta roll

1-Corta la pechuga de pollo a la mitad (para hacerla delgada aprox. (120g (0.44lbs)) cada una)
2-Cocina el pollo y sazona con sal y pimienta y cualquier otro sazonador que desees. Yo usé @spiceninjaseasonings
3-En un rol agrega 1.5 cucharadas de pesto, 1 cucharada de queso parmesano, algo de alcachofa, el filete de pechuga de pollo y la tapa del rol.

 NOTAS: Yo solo usé alcachofa marinada y pan chapata
