1- Start cooking whole wheat pasta (about 100g (3.5oz))
2- Start cooking chicken (1 chicken breast about 200g (7oz))
3- Just before the chicken is cooked throw in the kale pesto (I have previously posted the instructions for the kale pesto)
4- Add the pasta and give it a mix.
NOTES: I posted the kale pesto recipe not too long back. I also used whole wheat fettuccini
