1- Cut pepper jack cheese into small, thin slices
2- In a bowl mix about 300g (0.66lbs) lean ground turkey, salt, pepper, and a little cayenne pepper
3- Spread out bread crumbs on a plate (I used bread crumbs with Italian herbs and spices)
3- Wrap a thin layer of ground turkey around the piece of the pepper jack cheese
4- Coat it in bread crumbs place aside and make all the nuggets.
5- Heat up a pan with some coconut oil and start cooking the nuggets on low-medium heat. Approx. 4-5 minutes on each side. Make sure you they are fully cooked before consumption.
NOTES: Ideal for a cheat meal. Skip the cheese for a healthier version.
