Cheese Steak Collard Green Wraps



1- Sauté about 60ml (0.25cup) chopped onions and 120ml (0.5cup) chopped mushrooms.
2- Throw in about 200g (0.44lbs) shaved beef and start cooking
3- Add a little soy sauce, pepper and continue to cook
4- Lay out green collard leaves
5- Place the cooked steak on top with a little shredded cheese.

NOTES: Feel free to add extra seasoning of your choice.

1-Saltea 60ml (0.25taza) cebolla picada y 120 ml (0.5 taza) champiñones picados
2-Agrega 200g (0.44lbs) de carne rebanada y comienza a cocinar
3-Agrega un poco de salsa de soya, pimienta y sigue cocinando
4-Extiende las hojas de acelgas
5-Coloca la carne cocida encima con un poco de queso rallado
