1- Preheat oven to 220C (425F)
2- Peel and cut carrots into french fry sized pieces
3- In a bowl add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, salt and pepper, and little garlic powder.
4- Throw the carrots in bowl and shake it all up
5- Place on baking tray and drizzle a little olive oil on top and place in oven for about 20-25 minutes, turning once.
NOTES: Ideal for an appetizer, tv snack or a side dish. What other spices would you add to it?? cayenne pepper maybe?
