Cajun Shrimp Salad

1- Start cooking about 350g (0.75lbs) shrimp and season with cajun seasoning
2- In a bowl add about 3 cups or arugula, then about 60ml (0.25 cup) of red bell pepper, 60ml (0.25 cup) of red onion, 60ml (0.25 cup) cherry tomatoes, 60ml (0.25 cup) of snow peas, 1 chopped avocado, 60ml (0.25 cup) of walnuts, olive oil, salt, pepper, juice from 0.5 lime, and the shrimp
3- Mix and serve with some radish on top

NOTES: Feel free to add anything else or subtract what you want. Easy to modify.
