1- Cut 1/2 chicken breast into thin slices, start cooking and season with salt, pepper & cajun seasoning
2- Flip and season other side of chicken
3- In a small bowl mix 1/2 avocado and about 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
4- Cut whole wheat pita bread in half and open like a pouch
5- Spread the avocado mix in the pita, add a little shredded cheese, cooked chicken and a little mixed green leaves.
NOTES: Feel free to toast in a grill press before eating.
