1- Start cooking a slice of turkey bacon and scramble up 2 eggs
2- On whole wheat tortilla, place turkey bacon, eggs, a little cheese, chunky salsa, chopped spring onions, mixed green leaves, and some salt and pepper.
3- Wrap up and warm up on skillet or toaster oven.
