1- In bowl add about 180g (0.4lbs) ground beef, season with salt and pepper
2- Add an egg and mash it all up.
3- Make two relatively thin patties and add blue cheese on one, then place the other patty on top
4- Press the sides to seal the cheese inside and start cooking
5- On whole wheat bun place whole grain mustard, spinach, red onion, tomatoes, the meat patty and some more mustard
6- Throw the bun on and serve
NOTES: Feel free to add more spices of your choice to the ground beef.
