1- Pre heat oven to 180C (350F)
2- Rinse and dry 1 can of black beans 440g (15oz)
3- In a blender/food processor add the black beans, 120ml (1/2cup) oats, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 120ml (1/2cup) maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of backing powder, dash of salt, 60ml (1/4cup) coconut oil, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
4- Blend it well
5- Pour in oven safe dish and mix in about 80ml (1/3cup) dark chocolate chips
6- Place in oven for about 20 minutes
NOTES: Make sure you rinse black beans well. The cooking time may vary slightly based on thickness. Fee free to add half a scoop of chocolate protein powder to the mix before blending. For a sweeter flavor add a little more maple syrup.
