1- Cut up vegetables. I used 2 potatoes, 1/2 yellow onion, 240ml (1cup) carrot, 240ml (1cup) celery, 3 chopped garlic cloves.
2- In slow cooker add 60ml (0.25 cup) whole wheat flour, salt pepper, Italian seasoning and cayenne pepper.
3- Throw in about 550g (1.2 lbs) beef chunks and stir
4- Throw in the vegetables, about 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
5- Add about 600ml (2.5 cups) of beef broth or stock and stir
6- Cook for about 7 hours staring every hour.
7- Add about 120ml (0.5 cup) corn and 120ml (0.5 cup) peas 30 before its finished cooking.
NOTES: Feel free to add any vegetables you want. Play around with seasoning also.
