1- Cut beef into thin strips and throw them in a bag with marinate (I just used hoisin sauce and sriracha) 2- Rub in the marinate and leave for at least 1 hour.
3- Pre heat the over to 60-75C (140-170F) the lower the better
4- Spread out the beef strips on an oven rack
5- Place in oven (wedge something that won’t melt in the door to keep it slightly open) for about 4-6 hours
NOTES: Place drip tray under the beef in the oven to reduce cleaning. Since you will be drying the beef you don’t need to spend a million dollars on the best cut, unless you want to.
