1- In a bowl mix about 120g (1/4 lbs) ground beef, small pressed garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste. Mash it up, make two beef patties and start cooking
2- When you flip the patties to cook the other side, start cooking two eggs
3- On small whole wheat burger bun or rolls, add some spinach, the cooked beef patties, a little shredded mozzarella and the egg.
NOTES: Feel free to add ketchup or BBQ sauce, but I just have it as is with a runny egg.
