1- Blend 1/2 can of black beans, 1 garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste
2- Lightly cook the blended beans
3- Cook eggs
4- Throw wholewheat tortilla in pan and spread black beans on top, then add chunky salsa and egg
5- Add some chili flakes, coriander (cilantro) and some spring onions
NOTES: A can of black beans is about 425g (15oz).
