1- In a bowl mix 240ml (1 cup) whole wheat flour, 2 eggs, 120ml (1/2 cup) water, 120ml (1/2 cup) milk, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
2- Heat pan then start making crepes
3- Once the crepe starts to become solid add some banana slices and some peanut butter on half of the crepe then fold other half over
NOTES: Feel free to add about a teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter before cooking.
