1- Cut banana in half and spread almond butter on each half.
2- Sprinkle granola, seed, oats…what ever tickles your fancy.
3- Optional – I like to add a little honey and cinnamon
NOTES: Very simple snack to make. You can also use peanut butter instead of almond, or on a cheat day use Nutella.
