1- Pre heat over to 200C (400F)
2- Cut about vegetables into smaller pieces, I used potato, broccoli, carrot, red onion, and garlic
3- Throw them in a bowl with enough olive oil to give them a light coat. Season with your choice of seasoning. I used salt, pepper and a little cayenne pepper.
NOTES: This ideal to have as a side dish to a chicken or beef. Or make more and have it as a main
