Avocado Smoothie

1- In a powerful blender, add handful of ice, 1 avocado, 240ml (1 cup) Almond milk,120ml (0.5cup) Greek yogurt, cinnamon and honey to taste
2- Mix it and serve

NOTES: If you want more of a liquid smoothie add more milk, or if you want a thinker smoothie add less. You can use pretty much any type of milk. I would not however, recommend coconut milk.

1- En una licuadora poderosa, agregue un puñado de hielo, 1 aguacate, 240ml (1 taza) leche de almendra, 120 ml (0.5 taza) yoghurt Griego, canela, y miel para darle sabor
2- Mezcle y sirva
NOTAS: Si quiere un licuado mas liquido, agregue más leche. Si quiere uno mas espeso, agregue menos leche. Puede usar cualquier tipo de leche, pero yo no recomiendo leche de coco.
