Avocado & Mozzarella Salad



1- In a bowl throw in a hand full of spinach or mixed green leaves, 60ml (0.25cup) red onion, 5 cherry tomatoes, 0.5 of an avocado, 80ml (0.33cup) mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, 0.5 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
2- Mix it up and serve

NOTES: Feel free to add anything else you like to it. Chicken is a great option for more protein.
