1- Start cooking 1 eggs
2- Lightly toast whole wheat pita in a toaster oven or regular oven.
3- On pita, spread about a 1/4 of an avocado and add some shredded cheese
4- Add cooked eggs on top and season with salt and pepper
NOTES: Feel free to skip the cheese for a healthier version. I only use the oven to lightly toast the pita, mainly warming it up.
