Avocado & Cilantro Dip



1- In a bowl, add 1 avocado, 120ml (0.5cup) Greek yogurt, chili flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Mash it all up.
2- Add a handful of chopped coriander (cilantro) and mix

NOTES: Feel free to add more ingredients of your choice

1- En un bol, agregue 1 aguacate, 120ml (0.5 taza) yoghurt Griego, hojuelas de chile, sal y pimienta para darle sabor. Aplaste todo.
2- Agregue un puñado de cilantro picado y mezcle todo
